Anne Niles, Assistant Recruiter

Anne has years of experience recruiting in both, a corporate and agency setting.

A Maine native, Anne grew up in Belfast and graduated from The University of Southern Maine with a degree in Social Sciences and a minor in Women’s studies.  She began her career as an HR generalist, but soon realized she had a passion for recruiting.  Her specialty is IT recruiting, where she has spent the bulk of her career.

When not finding the best candidate’s for CMA’s clients, Anne is busy raising 3 young daughters with her husband, Drew (a former SEADOG) and raising money for various charities by participating in Triathlons and road races in Southern Maine.
