After graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, he began his career at DuPont, the gold-standard in the chemical industry for safety programs. He developed one of the first ISO-certified Environmental Management System in the State of Maine. He has directed cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations and reduced compliance costs for the site’s air permit requirements. Rob has also guided organizations through the prestigious STEP-UP program with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection.Rob brings to CMA over 15 years of experience in various aspects of manufacturing and operations, including a specialty in safety, environmental compliance, and risk management. He has a history of improving organizations by designing and implementing systems that efficiently ensure regulatory compliance and reduced costs.

Rob has served as a founding member and President of the Delaware Corporate Jaycees. He also was a founding member and President of the Sustainable Energy Alliance.

Rob’s consulting experience includes designing custom strategic solutions for organizations with a focus on reduction of compliance costs and liability for continuous improvement of safety, health, and environmental programs. His broad experience in many different types of industries and organizations – inside large organizations, as an entrepreneur, and as an outside consultant – gives Rob a unique perspective on solving the problems that companies face in trying to improve performance and reduce costs. There are countless ways that he can assist organizations to reach their goals.
