CMA's Career Development Program

Depending on your individual needs and the amount of time needed to assist you in successfully attaining your career goals, the fee for your individual career development program will be determined. The fee includes assessment tools and supporting material, as well as all the meetings with a professional career coach. Since each client is a unique individual, each program is tailored to be most effective to your specific objectives. In general, however, you can expect that you will participate in the following steps during your program:

Part I: Assessment

Comprehensive in-depth analysis, to enable you to focus on realistic and attainable career objectives.

Part II: Skills

Comparison and analysis of your skills, interests and work history will be interpreted and presented, using a variety of assessment tools.

Part III: Career Review Analysis

Our team will analyze the information gathered, and present options that are realistic and attainable.

Part IV: Marketing Strategy

We will develop a "campaign strategy" that is suited to your situation. Marketing materials, including the creation of an updated resume and effective cover letters, will be developed that match your objectives.

Part V: Accessing the Unadvertised Job Market

The effective implementation of the marketing strategy will ensure that you will have contact with the decision maker at the right places.

Part VI: Interviewing

Effective interviewing is crucial for success. We will coach you in the most effective techniques that will help you turn interviews into job offers.

Part VII: Negotiating Techniques

We will show you the way to negotiate the most advantageous compensation package with your next employer, to help ensure long term career growth.
