Carol offers over 30 years of progressive and diversified human resources experience. She worked her way up through the ranks in the human resources world from an HR Representative into senior management. She has worked in key HR roles in major corporations (Mitel, Inc., MTS Medication Technologies, Nortel, Foremost Insurance Company, etc.) as well as small, fast paced manufacturing companies (Comprehensive Power, JPSA Laser, UltraSource).

Carol represented human resources on the transition team responsible for closing down the Mitel, Inc. corporate facility in Boca Raton, FL in 1991. She handled layoffs and transfers for approximately 180 employees. She chose to transition into outplacement consulting at that time. As a consultant, she has provided one on one coaching/counseling and group workshops for a variety of clients who have been affected by corporate downsizing. Carol has learned to successfully navigate her transferable skills as either HR Manager or Senior Consultant over the last 20 years. She enjoys working with people at all levels of organizations to help them achieve their professional goals.

Carol earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Additionally, she completed the Coaches Training Institute program in 2001. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
