1 Day Group Leadership Programs

The CMA Advantage: Each of the Group Leadership Programs below includes a 45 minute individual review/coaching session for each participant at a later date as a follow-up to improve retention of concepts learned and effectiveness of their application.

Leading Through Change

With an emphasis on understanding individual leadership preferences through the MBTI model, this program keys on understanding the change process, employees reactions to it, and how to be a positive force during a period of change. Participants learn how to improve communication and deal with resistance to change among employees. Includes discussion about consistency of messaging and approaches to focus the workforce on performing productively.

CMA provides structured programs for both pre- and post- notification day time periods.

Developing Leadership Versatility and Teamwork

Leveraging the powerful DISCovering Self and Others with 360° Feedback instrument from The Ken Blanchard Companies, participants develop greater understanding of their preferred leadership style, appreciation for others’ preferred styles, and flexibility in choosing alternative styles for maximum effectiveness in their professional relationships. This program will have an immediate impact on improving leadership effectiveness, communication, and teamwork. Includes discussion of strategies to develop future leaders of the organization.

Aligning the Organization through Leadership

This compact program combines a classic DISC assessment with an examination of strategies for aligning to the organization’s core competencies. Learning centers both on how to improve individual leadership and communication ability and how to lead as a team. Examinations of ways to help employees feel valued and appreciate clear organizational expectations.

Custom Designed Leadership Program
