Contracts can range from a few months to several years, depending upon the need and nature of the project undertaken. Once CMA is engaged, we assume responsibility for meeting your need so you can continue to concentrate on your business.
CMA teams with the client company to assess the talent needed, provides the recruitment of the candidate and, once the candidate is approved by the company, handles the entire contract process. The contractual hire reports to the client company but that person works for and gets paid by CMA. We handle administration, payroll, and taxes, thereby relieving the client company of all human resource responsibilities.
Off-Site Facility Option
Sometimes a company's project is confidential and requires an off-site location. If so, CMA will work with the client company to source and secure space. Office space may even be available at one of our own CMA locations.
