Key Contributor Program


This program may be structured around either 1-2 months of individualized career coaching or a group seminar with 2-4 one-on-one followup sessions to develop a targeted resume and address individual concerns. Individuals are encouraged to develop and follow a structured marketing plan during the program, which provides both strategic and tactical advising during the job search process.

COMPONENTS OF THIS PROGRAM TYPICALLY INCLUDE:

  • Coping with Employment Separation and Job Search Barriers.
  • Self-Assessment of Skills, Values, Personality Traits, and Life Context.
  • Understanding and Researching the Market.
  • Developing a Campaign to Get Noticed .
  • Resume and Tools Development.
  • Networking – Online and In-person.
  • Interviewing and Negotiating.
