Mark L. Rajotte, President:

Mark has extensive experience in management level outplacement counseling, recruiting and career development, and has worked with some of the largest businesses and organizations in Southern and Central Maine. Formerly a Vice President at Snowden Associates of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Mark has management experience in publishing, manufacturing and the public sector.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and attended graduate school at the University of Connecticut and the University of Georgia. He is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is a member of the Portland Rotary Club, Corporate Partners, the Greater Portland Region Chamber of Commerce, Maine Business for Social Responsibility, and the Human Resource Association of Southern Maine.


Janet H. Allen, Vice President:

Janet has over 25 years experience in both executive search and human resource management. Prior to joining CMA, she was associated with the search firm, Positions, Inc., in Boston, Massachusetts, for several years. She has also held human resources management positions at The Talbots and Wearguard, Inc. in Massachusetts.

Janet received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire. She is a member of(SHRM), The Society for Human Resources Management, and (MSHHRA), the Maine Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. Janet is also very active in volunteering her time within her local school district and community sports teams.



Stephen P. Ham, Vice President:

Steve has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, sales management, and marketing. Before joining CMA, he ran his own sales management consulting business for 10 years, specializing in the insurance and reinsurance industries. Steve spent several years with Aon Corporation as both a sales manager and sales trainer at locations throughout the East Coast, and has also worked in insurance claims.

Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine at Orono, and is a licensed property and casualty insurance agent. He is an avid skier and has coached several youth sports.
