Katie Hadiaris - HR consultant
Katie is an HR Consultant for CMA who spent 15 years managing risk at a large insurance carrier before transitioning to insurance specific recruiting. She is a certified professional and executive coach with a passion for helping leaders define and enhance their leadership style.
Katie is able to use her business acumen and coaching skills to quickly build trust while helping employees, managers and executives navigate workplace challenges. She is proactive, works with a sense of urgency, and has a direct style of communication that allows for candor and solution-focused conversations.
Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and received her International Coaching Federation certification through Lewis University, as part of the master’s program in Organizational Leadership. She is a member of ICF New England and the Association of Professional Insurance Women.
