Sheila, a life-long learner, earned MS, Business Lesley University, Boston MA and BA, Siena Heights University Adrian, MI; and, Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development/Human Resource Management, joint program University of Michigan/Columbia University, NY. She holds certifications in assessment administration/delivery; and, Retirement Coaching Certification.

She is a SHRM member and active participant in HR Chapters throughout New Hampshire. A natural educator, Sheila served as adjunct faculty/thesis advisor MS, New England College; BA, Granite State College; and currenting teaches at Rivier University Institute for Senior Education, Nashua, NH.
